Profile:

  •  3+ years of leading experience in an Operations team with on call activities;
  • Familiar with technical concepts like: Cloud service providers, Containers, Infrastructure as a Code, Relational Databases, Deployment pipelines (CI/CD);
  • Proven experience in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications;
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams;
  • German language – minimum B2 level.

  • Product Testing and Validation;
  • Performance Monitoring and Feedback;
  • Monitoring and maintaining the schedule for 24/7 support in terms of team members allocation;

As a Proxy Product Owner, you will act as the key liaison between the development team and the customer, ensuring that the operational needs and priorities are effectively translated into product requirements. You will play a critical role in defining and delivering product features that enhance operational efficiency, support business goals, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • The services will be provided for infrastracture and applications used in plants (MES, Qality applications, etc).
