Profile

  • 10+ years of experience with the .Net/.Net Core Framework, Web API/Web Services
    development;
  • 5+ years of experience with C#;
  • 3+ years of experience with .Net Core 3.1 +;
  • 3+ years of experience with PostgreSQL;
  • 2+ years of experience with AWS w/ Docker & Lambda;
  • Experienced with DynamoDB;
  • Experienced with Entity framework;
  • Proficient in using testing tools such as Xunit, MOQ but will consider expertise with
    Selenium, or Python;
  • Experienced in Automating, Configuring, and deploying instances on AWS, Azure
    environments;
  • Experience using JIRA, ADO, GIT, etc;
  • Master’s degree in computer science/Information Systems;
  • MongoDB, NoSQL, TeamCity, Microsoft TFS.

Project Overview

  • Our transportation client is building a team to modernize their crew member applications
    and seeking .Net Engineers with strong experiences with modern versions of .Net Core.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver across the entire app life cycle from concept, design, build, deploy, test, release,
    and support;
  • As a tech lead, building teams, leading the teams(vs doing), aligning with leadership,
    hiring, retaining, upskilling, mentoring, reporting, and partnering with Scrum Masters for
    capacity and velocity and participation in Agile ceremonies;
  • Be an active participant in all scrum ceremonies and lead in the delivery of the strategic
    roadmap;
  • Define project scope & specifications, and estimate resources required to develop the
    proposed solution;
  • Ensure that specifications and requirements are clearly articulated to the development
    teams and monitoring of timelines & progress;
  • Propose technical solutions;
  • Deliver well-designed, high-quality, fully functional, properly tested features, fixes, and
    enhancements;
  • Responsible for the full application development lifecycle and support;
  • Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and
    infrastructure maintenance;
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and
    presenting these for architectural review;
  • Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance;
  • Provide subject matter expertise and direction, guidance, and support on complex
    engagements.
