Profile:

• University or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electro-Mechanics, or a related engineering field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware development or a similar engineering role;
• Strong willingness to continuously learn, grow, and deepen expertise within the Hardware & Electronics domain;
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with strong analytical thinking skills;
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities;
• Fluency in English and/or German;
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of hardware solutions for automotive applications (e.g., steering wheel switches and related systems);
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into clear and comprehensive hardware specifications;
• Create and review electronic schematics and related documentation;
• Contribute to defining, optimizing, and implementing hardware development processes and PCB layout workflows;
• Collaborate effectively with international, cross-functional development teams;
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and internal development procedures.
