German language is a must;
Very deep expertise in at least one implementation areas;
Strong understanding of engineering, testability, quality. Identify and analyze technical risks / issues that could hurt delivery and suggest approaches to resolve them;
Ability to review engineering work products (system specifications, design, test strategy/plan, code) from technology domain point of view to identify gaps;

Perfection of estimation techniques;
Knowledge of software development process methodology (ASPICE, CMMI);
Positive, cheerful, enthusiastic personality mixes/communicates well with people displays initiative people leadership qualities;
Manages conflict in getting technical choices made – open to ideas Ability to raise issues constructively with team and with engineering management;
Ability to mix, work well and present to customers effectively handling their doubts and questions;

Functional Owner is responsible for certain project technical domain/component/area, for its specifications, design, code, test, pre-integration and integration including tickets processing (income tickets pool processing);
Functional Owner works closely with requirement analysts and coordinating technical solution with Architect;
Functional Owner is responsible for interfaces baseline (specifications, changes, plans, defects, etc.), communication with corresponding role on Customer side. Dependencies tracking and reporting;
Timely escalates the unresolved external dependencies and deviations from the development plan.
