  • University degree in Computer Sciences, Electronics, Telecommunications, Informatics,
    Automation or very good technical background;
  • Good analytical and communication skills;

Position Overview

  •  Analyze customer requirements and perform effort estimations for design and testing
    activities;
  • Create test scenarios for covering customer requirements and review test specification
    from your peer colleagues, by respecting safety standards and defined processes;
  • Execute tests including analysis and reporting of found issues;
  • Work in close cooperation with international partners and other stakeholders (System
    Engineers, System and SW Architects, SW developers);
  • Contribute to defining test strategies for assigned functionalities and implement
    efficiency measures in testing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design and implement new technologies into existing systems or developing new
    systems from scratch;
  • Ensure that all components work together seamlessly and efficiently;
  • Understanding of both technical and non-technical issues and define the integration test
    coverage that will have to be done and its impact on test activities: test bench needs, test
    automation, number of people;
  • When feature is integrated and the testcase design is ready, execute the testcase on a
    real configuration in order to validate the test case and ensure that the scenario could
    not produce a false positive or false negative result;
  • Create documentation for the process so that future managers and engineers know how
    to solve potential issues;
  • Test products prior to their official launch to identify potential problems and ensure
    quality;
  • Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes
    to improve testing procedures;
  • Document and monitor testing outcomes and establish steps to remedy problems;
  • Design and execute QA tests using scripts that automatically test functionality;
  • Identify opportunities for automation within software processes.
