    Automation or very good technical background;
  • Good analytical and communication skills;

  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal) and team player.

  • CANoe, CANalyser;
  • CAN protocol;
  • Experience in system testing.

Position Overview

  • The role is a mix between a communication/organizational role + technical role.
  • The TechLead will coordinate requests for the validation team, but also help to analyze
    more difficult issues faced by the team;
  • Considering that there will be 5 TechLead + Global Teach lead, there will be a lot of
    interactions;
  • The aim is that each TechLead becomes an expert on a specific ECU family in the context
    of FOTA;
  • The activity will be a mix between office work and work that can be done remotely in
    Bucharest;
  • Analysis of campaigns is easier together with colleagues who conducted the testing,
    including for the technical ramp-up part, therefore office work will be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Working on FOTA feature (FlashOverTheAir) debug & analysis cross multiple ECU’s
    (Multimedia, ADAS, Body, PowerTrain, Cockpit);
  • Complex investigation and characterization around FOTA;
  • Clarification with ECU suppliers;
  • Support for SW validation team;
  • Bug management;
  • Consolidated reports.
