Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Electrical
  Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent (Master’s preferred);
• Knowledge of the ADAS specific testing area;
• Knowledge of project planning and control;
• Knowledge of Budget planning;
• Knowledge of product development engineering practices ADAS area;
• Requirements decomposition planning and reporting (KPI generation);
• Test plan development;
• Knowledge of Automotive SPICE process;
• Advanced knowledge in HIL procedures and equipment;
• Advanced knowledge in OEM test specifications and methods (DV/PV/EMC);
• Track records of writing good requirements that can be successfully implemented;
• Profound technical knowledge of automotive electronics products. Familiar with typical
  automotive OEM requirements. Can anticipate customer requirements, even if not stated
  in customer documentation;
• Experienced in use of requirements management tools. Familiar with concepts such as
  base lining, inheritance etc.;
• Working knowledge of IS026262, hazard, SAE J2464, IEC, NEC, ISO 20G53, and two-level
  fault strategies;
• Knowledge of structured problem solving (8D) methods and/or techniques;
• Knowledge of MS Office Package (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Project);
• Knowledge of analysis and engineering tools such as version control/configuration
  management, UML tools, static code check tools;
• ALM tools (PTC Integrity).

Overview

Leading the System Test Area, which contains: Function Performance Test, Integration
and Verification Test and Vehicle Assembly & Vehicle Test through an ADAS Project
including the direct contact for customer and Budget owner of the System Test area.

Responsibilities

• Development of Test Strategy;
• Ensures timing plans, resource planning and provides engineering status reports;
• Responsible for Budget planning and control;
• Ensures compliance to company processes and applicable standards;
• Evaluation of internal and external change requests;
• Contact person for customer for all System Test related topics;
• Participate regular customer meetings;
• Plan test activities for global team;
• Customer contact for test purposes for subdomain;
• Ensure test deliverables on time and quality;
• Structured work Experience in dealing with requirement management and test
  specification e.g. with PTC Integrity Experience in handling version management tools.
