• As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for processing vehicle technical assistance requests, ensuring compliance with procedures and contributing to the reduction of warranty costs.

• You will also be accountable for contributing to the continuous improvement of our services by meeting the requirements defined in our Quality Management System.

• The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical role, excellent communication skills and fluency in German language, but also be organized, detail-oriented and passionate about the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vehicle technical assistance requests within the set objectives;
• Analyze requests and search for solutions in our knowledge base;
• Transfer complex requests to Level 2 support;
• Follow up with dealers until tickets are closed, providing updates and information;
• Ensure compliance with procedures while processing each task;
• Consider warranty costs generated by operations and part replacements advised when processing requests;
• Propose improvement actions to our hierarchy for continuous service improvement;
• Suggest item creations or modifications to contribute to the continuous improvement of our knowledge base.
