Project Overview

  • Within the frame of EE (Electricity and Electronics) Industrialisation activities in Trnava
    (Slovaquie) and Kragujevac (Serbie), we need technical assistance for the industrialisation
    of the new Citroën C3 Aircross/Opel Crossland.

Responsibilities

  • Guarantee the industrializations of the parts under his responsibility without disturbance
    in factory and with the right level of quality;
  • Contribute to quality results convergence, including the definition of temporary and final
    solutions with design teams;
  • Define 1st level analysis investigation standards;
  • Follow PPAP (Production Part Approval Process ) process for parts of his/her
    perimeter (incl. deviation, acceptance of Initial Sample…) ;
  • Components & parts qualification: PPAP approval, incoming inspection procedure,
    investigation procedure;
  • Confirm mountability at different project phases and builds. That includes
    interactions with parts suppliers and design team to adapt, correct when
    necessary;
  • Contribute to DOTE robustness (configuration file) with industrialization advice for
    application in assembly line;
  • At end of line, during downloading, variant coding, conformity check & traceability
    control, analyze defects, propose temporary or permanent corrective solution when
    needed;
  • Propose palliative solutions for decision (incl. masking, assembly & rework
    procedures) ;
  • Analyze and write technical facts (issues) for product and factory ;
  • Take logs through diagnostic tools ;
  • Develop the skills of line workers, factory end-of-line’s reworks and investigators in
    order to increase factory autonomy;
  • Animate supplier for his/her technical perimeter on quality and delay (open quality claims
    requests in Lync with engineering teams).
