Responsibilities

Candidates can look forward to regular client contact, a role in business development and proposal writing/methodology creation, and:

• Contributes to product performance (injection computer) – Software, translating Cruise Control (CC)/ Speed Limiter (SL) requirements, regulations, functional performance and maintenance requirements into technical and functional specifications
• The purpose of this position is to validate the emulated SWs developed for engine control management (ECM) with validation benches using HIL (hardware in the loop) technology
• Connection to the test benches is done remotely
• Validation is done following specific validation plans (PVAL)
• Modify/add/adapt tests to PVALs as needed
• At the end of each validated SW a validation report is produced
• Testing and SW validation of the RV/LV function and its related functions according to the
  specification and validation plan
• Use of specific SW for validation and testing
• Perform manual and automatic validation on the HIL bench of the system from a SW point
  of view
• Known SW : INCA, DDT2000, Control Desk, MDA, RVT, Matlab, Simulink
• For each anomaly detected on the ECM Injection side, a report is generated and its evolution is followed until closure
• Opening of tickets for anomalies in SBM IS after a preliminary analysis
• CAN, LIN communication protocol knowledge
• SW adaptation of test benches according to technical specifications
• Piloting of SW anomaly reports of managed parts

Skills/Experience

• University degree in Computer Sciences, Electronics, Telecommunications, Informatics, Automation or very good technical background
• Experienced with the following: Diagnostics (CANAlyzer/DDT2000 or equivalent), ECU parameterization: calibrations / Resoft ECU/ engine optimization/ depollution ECU team / general automotive expertise
• Technical skills: logic gates / binary transformations / Simulink / logic thinking / programming logic
• Driving license: considered an advantage
• Structured approach, initiative and flexibility
• Self-confidence and strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of English, written and spoken, French considered an advantage
• Basic electronics knowledge
